Chris Clegg, Sr. Analyst | Client Services
Chris is responsible for the design and delivery of PortMA’s marketing analytics offering. He has spent the last 16 years in agency-side market research serving Clients in the public and private sectors.
Chris started his career in business analytics as a partner in the design, operations, and general management of a non-profit telephone research firm where he serviced Clients in local, state, and federal government. He moved into the private sector in 1997 where he served a number of internal management and Client management roles including Head of Measurement/ Operations based out of London, England.
In 2001, Chris launch Lumen Research Associates which was acquired by a Maine-based research firm in 2003. In Maine, he served as a number of account management roles in traditional and non-traditional marketing agencies including four years in Experiential Marketing where he established and saw to the eventual spin-off of an Experiential Marketing insights practice for a top Promo 100 marketing agency. In January of 2010 Chris established Portland Marketing Analytics where he currently works with amazing marketing executives, committed customer service professionals, and top-shelf brands.
Chris specializes in quantitative and qualitative research, economic/ statistical modeling; experiential marketing measurement (online and off); Internet application development; business re-engineering; change management; and CRM. He holds a M.A., from George Mason University.
Erika Petri, General Manager
Erika is responsible for the day-to-day operations of PortMA serving a number of accounting, quality assurance, and general office management roles. Her skills as a editor assure the consistent quality of PortMA reporting while her understanding of human behavior drives much of our insights practice.
Erika holds a M.A., from Catholic University in Washington, DC.
